Job Responsibility

  • Assist the Property Manager with daily operations for residential and short-term rental properties

  • Communicate with tenants and short-term rental guests regarding inquiries, check-ins, and issue resolution

  • Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and repair services to ensure properties are well maintained

  • Maintain and update property records, listings, and internal management systems

  • Support rent tracking, invoicing, and basic administrative tasks

  • Conduct or assist with property inspections and follow up on reported issues

  • Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • revious experience in property management, hospitality, Airbnb operations, or customer service is a plus

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient with basic office and property management software (Google Workspace, Excel, PMS tools, etc.)

  • Bilingual (English/Mandarin or other languages) is a plus but not required

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
