
Job Responsibility
Assist the Property Manager with daily operations for residential and short-term rental properties
Communicate with tenants and short-term rental guests regarding inquiries, check-ins, and issue resolution
Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and repair services to ensure properties are well maintained
Maintain and update property records, listings, and internal management systems
Support rent tracking, invoicing, and basic administrative tasks
Conduct or assist with property inspections and follow up on reported issues
Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
revious experience in property management, hospitality, Airbnb operations, or customer service is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with basic office and property management software (Google Workspace, Excel, PMS tools, etc.)
Bilingual (English/Mandarin or other languages) is a plus but not required
Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
